Who can buy cannabis?
Anyone in the state of Massachusetts, with a valid ID, over the age of 21 years old.
What does “Adult Use” and “Recreational Cannabis” mean?
In Massachusetts, “Adult Use” or “Recreational” dispensary means that cannabis products can legally be purchased by persons 21+ of age for their own personal use.
What is considered a valid ID?
• Valid (non-expired) driver’s license issued by a U.S. state or territory.
• Valid (non-expired) state ID issued by a U.S. state or territory.

Driving with Cannabis?
Cannabis must be stored in a closed container in the trunk or a locked glove compartment.
Additionally, Himalayan High guarantees that its products leave the store in tamper-proof, child-resistant packaging, consistent with CCC regulations, and a sealed paper bag. We highly suggest our customers keep the product in the bag until they arrive at their destination.
Can people that live outside of the State of Massachusetts buy cannabis?
• Yes. As long as you are 21+ years old with a valid ID.
• Cannabis purchased in Massachusetts is not legal outside of Massachusetts. Do not cross state lines.
• Cannabis bought in Massachusetts must be consumed in Massachusetts. Like Vegas, what happens in Mass stays in Mass.
What are the state and dispensary purchase limits?
Adults may purchase up to 1oz of flower, or 5 grams of concentrate, or 500mg of edibles, per day.
Can people that live outside of the State of Massachusetts buy cannabis?

Can I consume cannabis in public in the state of Massachusetts?
• Public consumption is not yet legal in Massachusetts.
• Strictly prohibited in public and on federal land.
• No consumption on Himalayan High’s property will be tolerated.
Where can I smoke?
• In a private space where smoking and vaping are allowed.
• At your private residence. If you live in an apartment complex, it depends on your lease and whether or not it is allowed
Can I sell my purchases to my friends?
No. Selling cannabis is illegal and can result in up to two years of imprisonment or a $5,000 fine.

We accept cash and have an ATM on site. All guests must be 21 and present proper identification to enter.
